Telehealth is for renewals only
Under Washington State law, your first-time evaluation must be done in person with a practicing physician. After that, you may renew via telehealth. If you are a new patient, please book an in-person appointment or call us to confirm.
Required 1-hour window
Telehealth appointments require a 1-hour grace period around your scheduled appointment, as the doctor is working to see patients in and out of the office.
Pick up / mailed authorizations
If you opt to have a Telehealth appointment, you can pick up your authorization at a coordinated time, or have it mailed to you. As always, picking up the authorization is always the fastest way to guarantee you receive it.

Virtual Evaluation
A practitioner will call you directly from our office phone. The evaluation typically takes about 15 minutes.
Get Your Renewal
If you qualify for renewal, your authorization is issued the same day. You can visit any medically-endorsed store immediately.
